| 摘 要： | 大量企业的高度私营化程度、经济转型期不尽完善的法规制度和国际金融危机等问题,导致近年来广东省劳资群体性事件的频发。为此,广东省出台了一系列控制劳资群体性事件的法规制度,但其防治力度仍不够。广东省劳资群体性事件法制控制的关键,应通过完善广东省劳资法规制度,建构广东省和谐劳资关系,从根源上有效防范劳资群体性事件的发生。

| Abstract: | The height degree of privatization in massive enterprise of Guangdong province,the imperfect legal system in China’s economic transition period,and the international financial crisis cause labor group incidents happened frequently in Guangdong province in recent years.The government of Guangdong Province has released a series of legal system to control labor group incidents,but it is not enough.The key of controlling labor group incidents in Guangdong province lie in constructing the harmonious labor-capital relations by consummating labor legislation |
