摘    要:芦荟作为生长肥猪的饲料添加剂,以不同的浓度添加于猪饲料中喂养生长肥猪,测定其平均日增重(ADG)和全期的增重/料耗,对猪肉品质和猪肌肉营养成分氨基酸的分析等。结果表明:芦荟饲料添加剂能显著增加生长肥猪的重量,减少料重比;用芦荟添加剂喂养的生长肥猪的猪肉在脂肪率、失水率和贮存损失率与对照组相比显著降低,在熟肉率、猪背最长肌的磷酸肌酸激酶(CPK)和猪背最长肌的磷酸葡萄糖异构酶(GPI)的值与对照组相比显著升高;在氨基酸的总量、必需氨基酸的量和鲜味氨基酸的量都比对照组高。因此增加了猪肌肉的营养,改善猪肌肉的品质。

Abstract:The aloe, as the feed additive of growing-finishing pigs, is added to the feed in different concentration. Through measuring the average-day-gain (ADG) and the weight gains in whole course, and analyzing the quality of the pork as well as the nutrients of amino acid, the results indicated the aloe feed additive can increase the weight of the growth hog noticeably, likewise, the feed-weight ratio decreases. The growing-finishing pigs , which are fed the aloe additive, have a lower level than the compared ones in the fat rate, the lose water rate and the lose reserving , while having a higher level in the cooked pork rate, longissimus dorsi muscle pig creatine phosphokinase (CPK) and longissimus dorsi muscle of the pig-glucose isomerase (GPI); The gross weight of amino acid, essential amino acid and tasty amino acid also increase obviously. It shows that the nutrients and quality of the pork are improved by the aloe feed additive.
