钢箱连续梁桥制造线形关键技术研究

摘    要:港珠澳大桥非通航孔桥采用110m跨钢箱连续梁形式,施工采用大节段整体制造和整体架设的工艺,其构造及施工方法为国内跨海大桥首次使用。基于全过程几何控制理念,重点对桥梁线形进行控制分析,计算分析钢箱梁的制造线形和制造工艺,并模拟分析得到其制造及架设过程中线形的变化规律,得出相应的线形调整措施。对日后同类型桥梁线形控制有一定参考价值。

Abstract:The unnavigable channel bridge of Hong Kong-ZhuHai-MaCao Bridge using 110m steel box continuous girder, large segment general manufacture and Integral Erection were adopted during construction, the structure and the construction method was used the first time for domestic Bridge. Based on the whole process of geometric control concept, this paper emphatically analyzes the bridge alignment control, calculates the fabrication geometry and manufacturing technology of the steel box girder, and catch the change law of the manufacturing and erection process through simulation analysis, last, the adjustment measure of bridge alignment was obtained. This paper can give certain references to the bridge alignment control of the similar structures in the future.
