基于OPC技术的列车测速信号采集系统设计

摘    要:为多传感器融合算法提供数据支持,以提高列车控制系统的精度,设计了一种基于OPC(OLE for Process Control)传输协议的数据采集系统。系统以信号发生器模拟速度传感器做信号源,采用PCL-836板卡做接口与工业控制计算机连接。使用命令语言编写算法实现对脉冲频率的提取,并利用组态王(Kingview)软件建立OPC服务器,利用MATLAB作为OPC客户端与服务器通讯将频率信号传输并保存以供信号融合处理使用。实验表明系统对输入信号的控制灵活,采集数据精确,解决了信息融合算法中列车测速数据较难取得的问题。

Abstract:In order to provide data support to multi-sensor fusion algorithm and improve the accuracy of train control system, a data acquisition system based on OPC transport protocol is designed. Signal generator is used as simulation of speed sensor to generate signal and connected with industrial control computer with the PCL-836 board is used as the interface. The pulse frequencies are extracted by writing command language algorithm. OPC server is built in Kingview software, the system uses Matlab to do the OPC client and pulse frequencies will be transferred and saved. Experiments show that the input control of system is flexible, data acquisition is accurate. The system can solve the problem that the train speed fusion data is difficult to obtain.
