随机缺陷率条件下整合库存优化模型及其算法

摘    要:考虑一个单一供货商、单一零售商的整合库存问题,假定零售商接受到的订货中包含部分缺陷产品,缺陷率是一个随机变量;并假定允许缺货,提前期可以控制,即供货商通过努力可以缩短提前期.给出了考虑随机缺陷率的整合库存模型,模型以订货数量、再订货点、提前期以及从供货商到零售商的运输频率为决策变量.通过最小化供货商和零售商的联合总成本,得到最优的供货策略.并假定提前期内需求服从正态分布,给出了模型的具体求解算法.

Abstract:An integrated inventory problem for single vendor and single retailer is considered.Assume that an arrival order lot may contain some defective items,and the defective rate is a random variable.Also,shortage is allowed and the lead-time is controllable through the efforts of vendor.An integrated inventory model considering random defective rate is derived,which contains decision variables as quantities of order,re-order point,lead-time,and transportation frequency from suppliers and retailers.Through minimizing the joint total cost of vendor and retailer,the optimal replenishment strategy is obtained.Assuming that the lead-time demand follows a normal distribution,a specific algorithm for the model is put forward.
