| Abstract: | On the basis of summarizing and analyzing the course of 30 years of scientific and technical structural reform of China,this paper has carried on further investigation on effect and experience that the reform is made,and pointed out the main problems that exist in the field of management system,coordinating mechanism and research and development and industrialization during the reform course.Based on above,the paper has proposed a series of countermeasures and suggestions on deepening the scientific and technical structural reform. |
