| 摘 要： | 钻头切削齿与胎体的连接质量关系到钻头的使用寿命，因此有必要对切削齿与胎体的连接技术进行探讨。介绍了采用钎焊的方法进行连接；选择了相应的钎料与钎剂；并确定了工艺及措施。焊接后的钻头经实际使用表明，本连接技术保证了连接质量，是切实可行的。

| Abstract: | It is necessary to study the connecting technique between the drill cutter and placenta, because the connecting quantity affects the working life of drill. This paper introduces the connection using the brazing technique, selects corresponding brazing filler metal and flux together with proper technology, and determines the techniques and measures. The results show that the present connecting technique can give high connecting quantity and is practicable. |
