| 摘 要： | 安全生产是企业生存和发展的重要条件，安全培训则是安全生产的基础。要提高安全培训的针对性、实效性，确保安全培训的质量和效果。除了要引用现代培训新理念，创新安全培训模式，创新安全培训内容，方式、方法外，如何提高安全培训教材质量，使之适应不断发展变化的生产技术、生产人员的需要，显得尤为重要。
