| 摘 要： | 将拓展和定向运动会与学校传统田径运动会在目的意义、价值取向、教育理念、项目设置、参赛学生比率等方面进行了分析研究.将拓展和定向运动引入到学校体育教学和竞赛中是一种必然的发展趋势,是对学校传统体育教学和竞赛的改革与创新,是实施素质教育的一种新尝试.
