双行程集成气缸的设计及动态特性研究

摘    要:设计了一种新型结构的集成式双行程气缸,在对其运动过程进行分析的基础上,利用热力学和空气动力学的基本理论对集成气缸的动态特性进行分析,建立了动态特性数学模型,并以MATLAB软件作为仿真平台,采用四阶Runge-Kutta法进行仿真并输出各腔的压力、活塞杆位移和速度曲线.

Abstract:A new type of integrated double stroke pneumatic cylinder is designed and its motion processes are analyzed in this paper.According to the basic theories of thermodynamics and aerodynamics,no-linearity differential equations of dynamic characteristics are set up and simulated digitally by four-step ROUNGE-KUTTA method,and the digital simulation is programmed with MATLAB language.From the results of digital simulation,we can obtain how the dynamic data change when the piston moves in its each position,including the pressure in every working chamber,the piston's displacements and its velocity.
