| 摘 要： | 采用美国心理学家斯皮尔伯格（Ｓｐｉｅｌｌｂｅｒｇ·Ｃ·Ｄ）教授编制的《状态──特质焦虑调查表》对高等院校的体操运动员进行了测量．结果表明：高校体操运动员的赛前焦虑明显地升高；女性体操运动员的状态焦虑和特质焦虑均明显地高于男性；赛前焦虑受到不同对手实力的影响．比赛的成败对赛后焦虑起着强烈的制约作用；无比赛经验的运动员赛前较赛中焦虑水平低，其赛前焦虑高于有比赛经验的运动员．

| Abstract: | In this Paper .State Quality Anxiety Survey Form drawn up by Americam professor Spiell Spiellberger C. D. is applied in surveying the form of gymnastic sportsman of colleges and universities inShandong Province. The result indicates:The anxiety of the sPOrtsman before match obviously ineased. The saute and quality anxiety of gymnastic sportswoman are obviously higher than that ofsportsman. The anxiety before match is influenced by the strength of different opponent. Success orfailure of the matCh plays a strong restrictive role in the anxiety after match. The anxiety standard of thais non-experienced sportsman before match is lower than that in the process of match and theanxiety before match is higher than that of the experienced sportsman. |
