压制方式对闭孔泡沫铝泡孔结构的影响

摘    要:以空气雾化的商业纯铝粉、镁粉和氢化钛粉末为原料,采用粉末冶金法成功地制备出了泡沫铝材料.利用300dpi扫描仪、扫描电镜(SEM)和万能力学试验机等检测方法系统研究了在不同压制压强和充分润滑条件下的单轴向冷压对泡沫铝的泡孔结构的影响和400MPa压制压强下的冷压、热压和冷压后烧结对泡孔结构及准静态压缩性能的影响.结果表明:在压制模具充分润滑状态下,400MPa的单轴向冷压缩完全能够制备出满足实验要求的前驱体材料并能够得到泡孔结构均匀和压缩性能相同的泡沫铝材料.
