基层图书馆建设之我见

新时期给我国基层图书馆建设带来机遇与挑战,基层图书馆要针对自身建设中还存在着的东西部发展不平衡、信息化基础设施投入不足、馆藏资源匮乏、工作流程不标准的现状,着力于主动争取社会各界对图书馆工作的支持、加快图书馆信息化建设步伐、倡导非公共图书馆对外开放实行低费有偿服务,力争全国基层图书馆尽快向传统类型和数字化长期并存(复合型)图书馆发展。

Research on Construction of the Elementary Library System in China

In the new era,there exist both the opportunities and challenges for the elementary libraries in China.Based on the current situation like unbalanced development between the east and west,insufficient funds in constructing the infrastructure of informationization,inadequate library resources,and non-standard work procedures etc.It is an urgent need for the library to seek various supports,pick up the pace of informationization,and advocate low users charge.Therefore,to enable the long term co-existence of both traditional and digitized libraries.
