| 摘 要： | 介绍了非圆等距廓形的种类、特点、坐标方程，分析了在三轴联动数控机床上加工非圆等距廓形孔时，刀具运动轨迹、编程坐标换算和自动编程应用程序框架，并给出了包络等距廓形孔的加工程序实例。

| Abstract: | The types,features and coordinate equations of closed profiles with isometric characteristics were introduced. As the isometric-shaped hole machined with 3-axis NC milling machine,the trace of tool,calculation of programming coordinate and the architecture of computer-aided programming were analyzed. A sample of NC program for machining isometric-shaped hole was illustrated also. |
