抛物量子点中极化子性质的研究进展

摘    要:综述了近年来对抛物量子点中极化子性质方面的部分工作.在第一节中从电子-LO声子系的哈密顿出发首次采用线性组合算符和幺正变换方法,研究抛物量子点中弱耦合极化子的基态能量和结合能的性质.在第二节中研究量子点中与LO声子强耦合极化子的振动频率、基态能量、结合能和光学声子平均数的性质.在第三节中采用改进的线性组合算符方法研究抛物量子点中弱耦合极化子的相互作用能和有效质量的性质.在第四节中研究抛物量子点中与LO声子强耦合极化子的振动频率、相互作用能和有效质量的性质.在第五节中采用Pekar变分方法研究抛物量子点中强耦合极化子基态和激发态的性质.

Abstract:This article is a review on our studies in recent years for the properties of polaron in a parabolic quantum dot.In section 1,based on a Hamiltonian of the electron-LO phonon system the properties of the ground state energy and binding energy of the weak-coupling polaron in a parabolic quantum dot is studies for the first time by using a linear combination operator and a unitary transformation method.In section 2,the properties of the vibration frequency,the ground state energy,the binding energy and the mean number of optical phonon of the polaron in a parabolic quantum dot,which is a strong-coupling with LO phonon,are investigated.In section 3,the properties of the interaction energy and the effective mass of the weak-coupling polaron in a parabolic quantum dot are discussed by improved linear combination operator method.In section 4,the properties of the vibration frequency,the interaction energy and the effective mass of the polaron in a parabolic quantum dot,which is a strong-coupling with LO phonon,are reached.In section 5,the properties of the ground state and the excited state of the strong-coupling polaron in a parabolic quantum dot are investigated by Pekar variational technique.
