新型工业化是上饶在新形势下进行产业结构调整、提高工业产出质量、提升上饶经济竞争力的必由之路。针对上饶新型工业化战略推进中在软硬件基础差、经济结构性矛盾、区域间平衡发展、信息化水平和创新能力、发展循环经济等方面存在的问题，提出实施“信息化高效发展、工业园区高位发展、产业化项目发展、中心城市辐射发展、创新发展、循环经济发展、以改善投资环境实现高品位招商发展带动战略”。

New industrialization is the prerequisite for regulating the industrial structure, improving the quality of industrial output and promoting the competence of Shangrao＇s economy. However, there are problems with the hardware and software bases in the strategic advancement of Shangrao＇ s new industrialization, the structural contradictions of economy, the inter- regional balance development, the level of IT application and creativity, the development of cycle economy.
