摘    要:利用计算流体力学软件Fluent对焦煤集团某矿2303综放面采空区进行了数值模拟,研究2303综放面采用W型通风方式下采空区的自燃带和瓦斯运移规律。结果表明:2303综放面采用W型通风系统后,工作面两端压差较少,可以有效防止采空区煤炭自燃,能起到均压防灭火的作用,可以有效的解决上隅角瓦斯超限问题和减小采空区瓦斯爆炸界限宽度,通过对W型通风方式下两条进风巷风量为1:1、1:2、2:3时进行分析得出,当两条进风巷风量相同时工作面向采空区漏风量和工作面两端压差最小。现场实测氧气浓度与数值模拟氧气浓度相吻合,验证了数值模拟方法的可靠性。

Abstract:They have made a study of numerial simulation in a 2303 mechanized caving face gob of a coking coal group ,which is based on Fluent ,a computational fluid dynamics(CFD) software ,and researched the rules of spontaneous combustion zone and gas migration in the gob, after using W ventilation type. Results indicates that : after using W ventilation system on 2303, the face on both ends pressure is smaller, which not only can effectively prevent the coal of gob from self - igniting, but also play a roll of fire protection and outfire because of its pressure balance, can effectively solve the problem of the overrun of the up gas and reduce the explosion limits in gob,we can conclude that when the ventilation quantity of the two air intake ducts is the same, gob' s air leakage and the face pressure on both ends can be minimum via the test of the two air intake ducts of W type change froml : 1, 1:2 and 2:3. The concentration of oxygen we measured is the same as numerical simula- tion, which had proved the reliability of numerical simulation.
