| 摘 要： | 通过对2010-2013年中国40件房屋拆迁恶性事件内容的整理,分析当前房地产开发引致的非自愿拆迁衍生问题及其社会负效应,并研究其衍生问题产生的社会根源,在此基础上,提出解决这些问题必须坚持的原则及四个方面的路径,以期对和谐社会构建中化解房地产开发引致的非自愿拆迁衍生问题提供相关思路。

| Abstract: | On the basis of the 40 serious incidents concerning house demolition and relocation during 2010 to 2013 in China, this paper attempts to analyze problems arising from involuntary demolition and relocation of current real estate development as well as its negative social effects.The present paper investigates into social roots of the de-rivative problems and accordingly proposes solutions to these problems , including necessary principles and paths in four aspects.The paper aims to provide corresponding ideas to solve problems derived from involuntary demo -lition and relocation of real estate development in the process of building a harmonious society . |
