| 摘 要： | "卓越工程师教育培养计划"是创新工程教育人才培养模式的重大措施,本文基于我校采矿工程专业教学基础,分析了"卓越工程师"教育培养方案的制定过程,提出了"卓越工程师"教育培养的具体措施,重点针对"卓越计划"的理论课程整合、实践教学体系、效果评价等方面做了一些探索性教学改革。经实践应用表明,取得了一定成效。

| Abstract: | ＂The plan for educating and training outstanding engineers＂ is a major measure to innovate the cul-tivation model of engineering education. Based on the teaching foundation of mining engineering, this paper firstly analyzed the process of making talent Education and training programs , put forward the concrete meas-ures for educating and training outstanding engineers. And made some beneficial exploration focused on the theoretical curriculum integration, practice teaching reform and effect evaluation. The practical application shows that these studies have achieved certain results. |
