平菇的固体栽培

摘    要:平菇是一种可以食用的大型真菌,具有肉质或胶质的大型子实体.在固体栽培时,用固体原种,由于其扩散性大,易分散,很快就布满全瓶,大大缩短培养时间.栽培管理由经:发菌-桑葚期-珊瑚期-幼蕾期-成熟期.培养方法可影响菌丝体的形态和生理特征.平菇的栽培除与培养基有关外,还和环境条件有关.

Abstract:The edible fungus is a kind of large-scale fungles which can be eaten.It has the pulp or sol large-scale carpophore.In solid cultivation,if we use solid seeds,because of its big flolos and to disperse,it can quickly fill the bottle,so that the cultivate tine is shortened largely.Cultivation management include:spawn running,sang shen time,coral time,bud time,mature time.Cultivate method has effection of the shape and the physiological characteristic of the young fungus.The cultivation of the edible fungus has a relationship with the enviroment beside the medium.
