代发货环境下网络零售商的阈值库存分配策略

本文研究网络零售商同时采用自有库存和drop—shipping（供应商代发货）方式履行订单情况下，如何利用基于阈值K的库存分配策略来服务于高、低两种不同优先级的需求（前者边际收益更大），以获取最大收益．在（Q，r）补货策略之下，建立了解析模型，给出了求解最优决策变量（Q，r，K）的算法，分析了系统参数对阈值的影响，并且比较了采用和不采用库存分配策略情况下的最优成本．结果表明，基于阈值的库存分配策略具有明显的节约成本的作用，且网络零售商的库存持有成本越大、边际收入差异率越大时，采用这种库存分配策略的效益越明显．

Threshold level inventory rationing policies with drop-shipping for internet retailers
