熔盐泵轴承冷却及润滑系统的分析

摘    要:针对熔盐泵轴承冷却及润滑系统存在的问题,对现有结构进行了对比分析.认为无论是脂润滑还是油润滑,水冷却能获得较好效果.在采用升油器进行润滑油循环时,提出升油器设计中升角选择β=10°~13°较合理;润滑油粘度υ=40~80m2 /s较合适;升油器径向间隙δ在0 2~0 3mm之间效果较好.油润滑风冷却结构的优劣还须在实践中检验.

Abstract:Current problems in cooling and lubricating system of bearings in pumps for melted salts are analysed and compared with the existing devices . It was found that whatever the lubricant is used, grease or oil, water-cooling can achieve better effect. When the lubricating oil is cycled with an oil-rising equipment, it is more reasonable to choose the rise-angle between 10 and 13 degrees, the viscosity of lubricating oil between 40 to 80 m~2/s and the radial clearance of oil-rising equipment in the range of 0 2 to 0 3 millimeters. The advantage and disadvantage of the device with oil-lubricating and wind-cooling are to be examined in further experiment.
