交流电阻焊动态功率因数的实时解析算法

摘    要:基于对交流电阻焊焊接变压器初级回路电压、电流信号的建模分析,提出电流过零导数比法测量电阻焊动态功率因数.采用微型Rogowski线圈直接检测电流过零导数,并在以DSP为核心的点焊质量实时监控系统中实现了动态功率因数的实时计算.电流导数信号实时检测技术和数学模型的简洁解析表达形式同时保证了该算法良好的实时性.试验结果证明,该算法是有效的.

Abstract:On the basis of modeling and analysis of the voltage and current signal in resistance welding transformer circuit,a current zero-crossing derivative ratio method was proposed to calculate the dynamic power factor online.Miniature Rogowski coil was used to directly measure the current zero-crossing derivatives.The power factor real-time calculation was performed on a DSP-based resistance spot welding monitor and control system.Unique picking-up technique for the current derivative signal and succinct analytic expression in the calculating model ensure that the method possesses a high real-time computational performance.The experimental results show the feasibility of this method.
