| 摘 要： | 针时开放存取、用户拓展、数据库检索3个层面,论述了思想大解放对高校图书馆数字资源建设与变革的现实意义,指出解放思想必须在观念上和体制上破除高校图书馆数字资源发展中存在投资体制、"特色化"片面发展、数字版权纠纷3个瓶颈.
