沸腾传热对水平热壁上的泄漏燃油着火的影响

摘    要:为了得到在机舱中泄漏燃油喷流到热壁面上发生着火的规律,通过实验模拟了泄漏燃油在水平热壁上的着火过程,分析了热壁与燃油之间的沸腾传热对着火延迟期的影响,发现着火延迟时间随热流密度的变化规律,建立了着火延迟期的预测模型,既补充了热壁上燃油着火机理的相关内容,又为热壁热安全防护的工程实践提供了相关参考.

Abstract:In order to get the ignition rule when flammable operating fuel was leaked onto a hot surface in an engine room, ignition process of the fuel leaked onto a heated horizontal surface was studied experimentally. Influence of the boiling heat transfer on ignition delay, which happened between heated surface and the fuel, was discussed. Also a forecast model of ignition delay has been given. The result sheds some light on the ignition theory of leaked fuel on a heated surface. It is also a reference for the engineering design of hot surface.
