汽车悬架支架的结构分析及仿真

摘    要:针对某种卡车悬架支架的载荷作用情况,从静态和动态两方面进行分析处理,评估其力学性能和安全性能.首先,基于UG软件建立悬架支架的参数化模型,导入Ansys中进行分析,两者的Parasolid核心保证了模型的完整和不失真;其次,基于力学原理和数值分析方法对模型进行静力学和动力学分析及仿真,真实再现了悬架支架的工作环境.研究结果表明,此方法明显节约了时间和减少了工作量(尤其对复杂庞大的零部件的建模分析),同时为整车分析和复杂结构的有限元分析提供了必要的参数和依据.

Abstract:Loads on some kinds of truck suspension bracket under both static and dynamic states were analysed, and the mechanic performance and safety were evaluated. At first, the parameter-model of a suspension bracket with UG software was built, and then it was imported into Ansys software. The integrity and fidelity of the model were ensured by both of their Parasolid cores. Based on mechanics theory and numerical analytic method, static and dynamic analyses and simulation were carried out. The real running environment of the bracket recurred. This metod can substantially save time and work, especially for some huge components. At the same time, a lot of parameters and experiences for analysis of whole car and even more complex structures were obtained.
