| Abstract: | A method to produce the plasma surface metallurgy high speed steel is introduced in this paper. The process was applied in the producing of cutting tools for its simplicity and reliability. The high speed steel showed high property in cutting experiment. The size,distribution and structure of the carbide in the steel were studied. |
