水分胁迫对绿豆幼苗渗透调节物质的影响

摘    要:用不同浓度(10%、15%、20%、25%)PEG-6000对绿豆幼苗进行水分胁迫处理,研究了不同胁迫水平下,绿豆幼苗叶片中叶绿素及渗透调节物质的变化。研究表明:在10%PEG胁迫时叶绿素含量较对照上升,脯氨酸、丙二醛、蛋白质小幅度下降;在15%、20%、25%时,随着水分胁迫的加剧,表现出叶绿素含量不断下降,渗透调节物质逐渐上升的变化趋势。由此说明,绿豆在水分胁迫下主要是通过增加渗透调节物质含量来降低水势,加强保水力,提高其抗旱能力的。

Abstract:This thesis mainly researches on the changes of chlorophyll and osmotic adjustment material in leaf the Phaseolus radiatus L seedling under the adition of different stresses in terms of different concentration PEG -6000 (10% ,15% ,20% ,25% ) treating the Phaseolus radiatus L seeding. It is manifested from the research that the proportion of chlorophyll is increasing, while the proportion of Proline(Pro) ,Malondialdehyde (MDA) and the pro- tein is decreasing. When the stress level, the amount of chlorophyll is decreasing continuously, and the amount of osmotic adjustment material is increasing, when the stress of PEG is 15% ,20% ,25%. It is proved that the Phaseolus radiatus L mainly reduces the water potential rang enhances the capacity, moisture - holding and improves the ability of fighting droughts in terms of increasing the amount of osmotic adjustment material under the water stress.
