| 氢化大豆卵磷脂的研制 |

| 摘 要： | 用自己研制的双重负载的钯催化剂，对天然大豆卵磷脂进行了氢化反应，制备了稳定的氢化卵膦脂。讨论了物料配比，反应温度，反应压力对反应的影响，得到了较佳的工艺条件，产品收率在９０％以上，性能达到国际同类产品水平。

| Abstract: | , Natural soya lecithin has been hydrogenuzed . with theuse of pddouble carrier catalyst developed by ourselves and stablehydrogenized soya lecithin has been prepared. We have discussed the effect of the ratio of reactants . reection temperatures and reaction pressure on reaction ahd acquired very good technological condutions. The total produclion yield is over 90 % and lhe properlies are comparable lo those of similar abroad. |
