| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨直立试验对儿童血管迷走性晕厥的诊断价值。方法：选择我院2003年1月—2008年11月因晕厥而就诊的门诊及住院病人31例,在环境安静的情况下患儿静卧10min后做9导联心电图,测脉搏、血压,然后起立,安静直立10min后重做肢体导联,avF导联及V5导联,测血压及心率,比较直立前后心电图、心率、收缩压、脉压及T波的变化。直立试验时受检者必须安静直立,肢体任何部位的自动运动均可引起假阴性结果。结果：阳性21例（67.7%）,其中女14例（66.6%）,男7例（33.4%）。结论：基础直立试验对儿童血管迷走性晕厥有特异诊断价值,敏感度高。
