| 摘 要： | 论证了第八种统计分布的实用性，完善了系综理论，推导了第八种统计分布的热力学公式并计算了广延量的相对涨落，得出了与通常理论不同的结果，提出完全开放系统的平衡态有可能失稳的结论．

| Abstract: | Discussed the practicability of the eighth statistical distribution and perfected the ensemble theories. Computed the thermodynamics formula and the relatively fluctuations in the extensive quantities by the eighth statistical distribution. Get a different from usually theories result. Indicated that the equilibrium states are unstable for completely open systems. |
