共面波导不连续性等效电路的研究

摘    要:针对共面波导不同不连续性需采用不同的等效电路分析的问题,该文结合矩量法的物理内涵,推导出共面波导不连续性的等效电路模型.将等效电路模型分别应用于开路端、阶梯、直角拐角、T形结等不连续部分,计算所得S参量与IE3D仿真结果进行比较,最大误差不超过5%,平均误差不超过2%.与IE3D仿真结果良好的一致性表明,该模型具有较高的精确度与通用性.
