摘    要:三维地质模型是表征地下地层分布和地质构造的有力工具,可以简单有效的帮助地质解译和空间分析工作,但由于传统三维地质建模方法建模过程复杂、人为干扰影响大,非专业人士短时间内很难掌握并且建模质量难以保证。为满足矿山智能开采对高精度地质模型的需求,提高三维地质建模与可视化的高效性和直观性,提出一种基于支持向量机的三维地质建模方法,将地质体划分为大小均匀的栅格单元,根据栅格单元的属性类别构建三维地质体模型,并使用基于RBF核函数的支持向量机分类器对顾北煤矿北一矿区进行了实例验证,将模型进行开挖显示,与实际钻孔数据构建的地质剖面图进行对比,结果表明,该方法具有很大的适用性,并且可以很好的处理尖灭地层,建模效率以及准确率较高。

Abstract:3D geological model is a powerful tool for characterizing the distribution of underground strata and geological structure. It can simply and effectively help geological interpretation and spatial analysis. However, due to the complicated modeling process of traditional 3D geological modeling methods and the large impact of human interference, it is short for non-professionals.The time is difficult to grasp and the modeling quality is difficult to guarantee. In order to meet the demand for high-precision geological models for intelligent mining of mines, and to improve the efficiency and intuitiveness of 3D geological modeling and visualization, a 3D geological modeling method is proposed based on SVM, which divides the geological body into uniformly sized grids unit, construct a three-dimensional geological body model according to the attribute category of the grid unit, and use the support vector machine classifier based on the RBF kernel function to verify the example of the North No. 1 mining area of Gubei Coal Mine, and display the model with excavation and actual drilling.Comparing the geological profile map constructed by the hole data, the results show that the method has great applicability, it can handle pinched formations well,and the modeling efficiency and accuracy are high.
