基于矩阵分析的橡胶透水混凝土正交试验

摘    要:选取水胶比、橡胶粒径、橡胶掺量、VAE-707乳液掺量及目标孔隙率五个因素对橡胶透水混凝土进行正交试验设计,研究其对抗压、抗折强度及透水性能的影响。利用矩阵分析法和灰色决策进行分析,得到橡胶透水混凝土最优配合比:水胶比0.3、橡胶颗粒大小0.425 mm、橡胶颗粒掺量3%、VAE-707乳液掺量为6%、目标孔隙率为16%;其中目标孔隙率对透水混凝土的性能贡献率最大,透水混凝土的抗压、抗折强度随着目标孔隙率的升高而降低,而透水系数则呈相反规律;透水混凝土实测孔隙率整体小于设计孔隙率,有效孔隙率约占总孔隙率的80%~90%,封闭孔占总孔隙10%~20%左右。

Abstract:Five factors including water-binder ratio, rubber particle size, rubber content, VAE-707 emulsion content and target porosity were selected to conduct orthogonal test design for rubber pervious concrete to study the effects of compressive resistance, flexural strength and water permeability. By using matrix analysis and grey decision, the optimal mix ratio of rubber permeable concrete was obtained as follows: water-cement ratio 0.3, rubber particle size 0.425mm, rubber particle content 3%, VAE-707 emulsion content 6%, and target porosity rate 16%. Among them, the contribution rate of target porosity to pervious concrete is the largest. The compressive and flexural strength of pervious concrete decreases with the increase of target porosity, while the permeability coefficient shows an opposite rule. The measured porosity of pervious concrete is generally lower than the designed porosity, with the effective porosity accounting for about 80% ~ 90% of the total porosity, and the closed porosity accounting for about 10% ~ 20% of the total porosity.
