| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料、问卷调查和综合分析等研究方法,对江苏省县(市、区)级64所业余体校运动员的训练保障现状进行分析,并探寻主要影响因素和提出发展策略,为不断完善业余体校运动员训练保障措施,提高业余训练科学化程度和体育后备人才培养质量,提供一定的理论参考和实践依据.

| Abstract: | By means of literature,questionnaire and comprehensive analysis,training support situation of 64 sports school athletes in Jiangsu province county (city,district) were analyzed,in order to explore main factors and propose the development of strategies,for building a perfect sports school athletes training support system,improve sports training scientifically and youth athlete qualification,to provide a theoretical reference and practical basis. |
