| 摘 要： | 三惰轮复合齿轮马达的内部泄漏是影响其容积效率的主要原因，结合该类马达的具体结构特点，分析了其内部泄漏途径，推导了泄漏量的计算公式。利用已制造的两台样机计算各泄漏途径的泄漏量，通过与普通齿轮马达的泄漏量对比分析，得出在排量相同时，其径向泄漏量比普通齿轮马达的径向泄漏量大，但其体积为普通齿轮马达的70％，适用于空间严格要求的设备中。通过泄漏量的理论分析与比较，为复合齿轮马达的设计与选用提供了理论依据。

| Abstract: | The inner leakage of the compound gear motor with three idlers is the prime factor affecting its volumetric efficiency. The paper analyzes compound gear motor's leaking ways and deduces formula to account the leakage rate according to its structure. And then by accounting the leakage rate of the two samples of compound gear motor and comparing the result with that of the common motor, the calculation operations are introduced, solving programs are provided, the practicality and validity of this software are certified. |
