微观粒子的隧穿效应

摘    要:通过求解薛定谔方程,计算出微观粒子连续穿过两个方势垒的透射系数.数值计算表明:当入射能量低于两个势垒高度时,介于两个势垒高度时,高于两个势垒高度时,透射系数随两个势垒宽度和高度的变化均有变化.并且,在一定条件下,可以发生共振透射.最后得出,透射系数随势垒高度、宽度及粒子能量的变化而变化,与两个垒之间的距离无关.

Abstract:In this paper, transmission coefficient that the micro particle penetrate two potential barriers successively is calculated by solving the stationary schrodinger equation. Our numerical results show that the micro particle could penetrate potential barriers no matter energy of particle is taller or smaller than the height of potential barriers. But the transmission coefficient varies in several different circumstances. Particularly, it may arise resonance transmission in conditions. In a word, the transmission coefficient could changes with the height and width of two potential barriers,and have nothing to do with the distance between two potential barriers.
