桂东南地区中学英语师资培养一体化研究与实践

摘    要:师资培齐一体化是教师专业发展的必然要求,是由学历补偿教育过渡到非学历素质教育阶段的必然趋势。根据桂东南地区的师资现状和课改需求,通过构建师资职前培养、职后培训一体化的课程体系,完善教师教育类课程,加强实践教学环节,改革实习模式,推进师范院校与地方中学的合作等措施,探索和实践中学英语师资职前培养和职后培训一体化机制,较好地实现了一体化的培养目标。

Abstract:Integrative training of teachers is the natural requirement of the development of teacher specialization, and the inevitable trend for transition from curricula compensation education to non-curricula quality education. In accordance with the teachers' quality and the need of curriculum reform in secondary, schools in the southeast area of Guangxi, we tried to explore and practice the integration of pre-service and inservice teacher training by conducting a series of reforms. such as establishing an integrated pre-service and in scrvice training curriculum provisions, perfecting the teacher education curricula, enhancing the practice teaching steps, reforming the teaching practice model, and promoting the cooperation between the local teachers' college and the secondary schools, etc. And the practice proved a better realization of the goal of integrated training.
