乙烯装置脱乙烷塔操作特性的分析

摘    要:采用SHBWR方程对某乙烯装置的脱乙烷塔进行了逐板计算,计算结果表明,在工业操作条件下,在该塔的某些段上出现了明显的逆行精馏现象。这不仅大大降低了该塔的分离效率,而且造成操作紊乱。研究结果表明,通过适当地调整该塔的进料位置或增大塔顶回流量可以有效地减小塔内的迎行精馏变化幅度,改善全塔的分离效果,提高操作稳定性。

Abstract:A deethanizer of ethylene plant was calculated with SHBWR equation stageby stage. The results of calculation showed that phenomenon of reverse distillation occured insome stages of the deethanizer The reverse distillation caused reduction of separationefficiency and unstable operation of the deethanizer.The results of study proved that thephenomenon is due to less reflux than normal,so that the intension of the reverse distillationis able to be reduced by increasing reflux and adjusting stage of feed of the deethanizer.
