我国商业银行资本结构影响因素的实证研究

资本结构对企业的经营效果具有重要的影响，如何有效地安排企业的资本结构，以提高企业的经营效果是资本结构研究的目的所在。作为一类特殊的企业，银行企业资本结构的影响因素与一般企业不尽相同。文章试图通过对我国上市商业银行资本结构影响因素的实证分析，找出我国商业银行资本结构的影响因素，并建立相关模型。

Empirical Research into the Influencing Factors on the Capital Structure of Commercial Banks of China

The capital structure plays an important role in the management of enterprises, and the aim of the research into it is how to arrange it effectively to promote the management of enterprises. As a special business, banks are not different from other businesses in the capital structure. The paper tries to find the influencing factors on the capital structure of eommereial banks of China and build a corresponding model based on an empirical analysis on listed commercial banks.
