摘    要:根据铣削刚度可近似表示为刀齿平均切厚指数函数的假设,通过分析几何偏心对螺旋铣刀瞬时切厚、刀齿切入和切出状态的影响,提出一种考虑几何偏心的螺旋铣刀铣削力预报模型和高效算法,还利用最小二乘原理,提出一种识别铣削刚度的方法,数字仿真验证了模型和算法的有效性。

Abstract:in light of the fact that there exists a cutter runout in a milling process, a formula to determine the actual instantaneous undeformed chip thickness was derived and a milling force prediction model was formulated in a closed form.By analyzing the runout effect on the states of flutes cutting in and out of a workpiece,an algorithm to determine the upper and lower integral limits was presented. Furthermore, based upon the hypothesis that cutting calibration parameters can be expressed as an exponential function of the average nude formed oh:p thickness, a method of identifying these parameters was proposed with the aid of least square method.A test was also implemented to determine the cutting calibration parameters under various conditions.The computer simulations show satisfactory agreement with those obtained via experiments.
