压电陶瓷自激式液体粘度传感器

摘    要:论述了采用压电陶瓷自激振式液体粘度传感器的测量原理和结构特点,对仪器的测量数据进行了分析,仪器配有温度传感器,可同时测量实时温度,实验表明,这种仪器响应速度快,精度高,使用方便。

Abstract:This paper presents the measuring principle and structural characteristics of a self-excitation vibration liquid viscosity sensor, made of piezoelectric ceramics. The measuring data obtained by this instrument are analysted. The instrument with a temperature sensor, can measure temperatures. When the sensor is used with a computer, it becomes a kind of high precision instrument measuring liquid viscosity. The instrument has the features of fast response, high precision and easy operation. The instrument with this sensor will be widely used in the oil field,chemical plant and food industry, etc.
