| 摘 要： | 对目前广泛采用的炼钢厂一次烟气引风机叶轮冲水清灰效果不佳的原因进行了分析，提出采用压缩气体清灰的思路，并计算了供气压力。现场实际运行效果表明，风机运行周期超过1个月。

| Abstract: | Pressurized water is usually used to clear dust deposits on the blades of steel-making plant fans.After analyzing the little effect of pressurized water in dust removal,the authors propose the use of compressed air to clear dust deposits and the air supply pressure has been obtained.The operation of fans shows that the proposed method is effective,with the fans in smooth operation for over one month. |
