| 摘 要： | 许昌市现在执行《河南省居住建筑节能设计标准（寒冷地区）》、节能率为65%的标准.通过对许昌市热工区位、气温变化、能耗结构、经济水平等方面的分析,认为该标准目前并不适宜于许昌市,建议调整为《河南省居住建筑节能设计标准（夏热冬冷地区）》、节能率为50%的标准.

| Abstract: | Xuchang city is implementingation design standards of energy conservation for residential buildings in Henan province（cold zone） with 65% energy saving.Based on the analysis of thermal area spaces,temperature change,energy consumption structure,economic level,the article proposes that this standard is not suitable for the present Xuchang city,and proposes adjustment to design standards of residential buildings in Henan rovince（hot summer and cold winter zone） with 50% energy saving. |
