Analysis of the alienation of administrative power of civil servants in the border region of Hunan Hubei Chongqing and Guizhou

The economic poorness of power subjects leads to the diversity of power rent seeking.The shortage of knowledge leads to the maximum greed for wealth.And the ossification of ways of thinking can cause the degenerate of administrative behaviour.The special geographical position,the typical politics,economy and culture and the unique customs all contribute to the marginal features of the alienation of the administrative power in the border region of Hunan,Hubei,Chongqing and Guizhou.Concerning strategies to handle this alienation,it is suggested that prevention comes first with redress aided,slightly resorting to punishment.
