| 摘 要： | 教学质量的滑坡背离了高校教书育人的本质,提高教学质量是高校永恒的主题,而建立有效的教学质量监控体系对于保证教学质量是十分重要的。在构建以人为本的教学质量监控体系的过程中,学生是中心,学校、学院、教师和用人单位互为教学质量监控的主体与客体。在这个监控体系中各方面共同努力,最终才能切实提高教学质量水平。 |

| Abstract: | Improving teaching quality is the permanent task of colleges and universities,and the construction of effective teaching quality monitoring system is essential for the gurantee of teaching quality.The human-oriented teaching quality monitoring system is student-centred,the university,the school,the teacher and the employing unit being both subjects and objects.Only when they all work together can finally teaching quality be improved. |
