| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of all the information and factors of parcel land price evaluation, this paper establishes a new information system of evaluating land parcel price through combining the multi-source information management and the spatial analysis of GIS with land evaluation models. It introduces the system design, function module design and database design of land price calculating system. |
