摘    要:研究了一个具有灾难到达和重试顾客的M/G/1排队系统,服务台可能出现两种故障状态。灾难的到达服从Poisson过程,灾难到达时,系统中所有顾客立刻被清除,并引起服务台故障;由于服务台寿命有限,服务台在工作时也可能现现正常故障。应用补充变量法,得到了模型的稳态排队指标和可靠性指标。

Abstract:An M/G/1 retria queue with catastrophes and unreliable serer is consider ed.It assume that the sever follows Poisson stream,if a catastrophe occurs,all acustomers in the system are deleted immediately and the server's breakdown also is caused.Otherwise,the server may fails because of its limit life.By applying the supplementary variables method,the steady-state solutions for both queueing measures and reliability quantities of the server are obtained.
