多商品库存及辅助分配问题研究

研究了一定周期水平T内需求确定,且不允许缺货的多目标、单一水平、多产品联合库存补货策略,目的在于最小化生产与库存总成本。针对多产品库存成本函数性质,引进生产产量辅助分配函数简化成本函数,并探讨了优化库存成本的相应条件。最后,应用动态规划理论来优化成本函数,综合分析了多目标、动态经济批量下多商品库存问题,通过实证数据分析得出了多商品库存最优成本。

Multi.product Inventory and Auxiliary Allocation Problem

On a finite horizon of T demand is given and should be satisfied without backlogging. The objective is to minimize the sum of production and inventory holding cost. the function of cost can confirm. Aiming at the property of function of const, is introduced auxiliary allocation problem to predigest function and conceives the necessary condition for optimize function. Finally, the theory of dynamic programming to optimize the function of cost, synthetically analysis the multi-item,joint replenishment inventory problem is applied.The cost of inventory is economically determined through analysis of data and verification.
