有机导电长丝用量与织物抗静电性能关系的研究

摘    要:有机导电长丝沿经向添加于织物时,织物的抗静电效果随嵌织间距的增加而减弱;添加万分之五的有机导电纤维即可达到防止易燃气体爆炸的目的,复合型有机导电纤维的抗静电性能可随洗涤次数的增加而增加,涂覆型有机导电纤维不能耐受过多的洗涤,摩擦带电压测定装置具有更高的检测灵敏度。

Abstract:When organic and electric filament are embeded in the fabric along longitude,antistatic effect will decrease along with space increasing.In order to prevent from exploding of flammable gas only five in ten thousands of organic and electric filament are embeded in the fabric.Antistatic performance of composite organic electric fabric may be increase along with increase of washings and organic and electric fabric coated can not endure too many washings . Friction with voltage measurement fitting has higher detective sensitivity.
